First Draft

From the insights gained, we develop initial approaches and innovative solutions. The best ideas are visualised in various designs, taking into account the defined technical, aesthetic and financial factors.

Design Process

The best solutions are combined into a concept, further developed and optimised. The technical details are refined based on the planned quantities, production technologies and materials used. The design is presented using high-quality 3D renderings and the physical models enable usability testing.

CAD

The knowledge gained in the prototype phase is incorporated and the design is transferred into high-quality CAD models. Technical and mechanical components are integrated into the 3D model and the product is prepared for series production. We work with the professional CAD software Solidworks to achieve a perfect result.

Serial Production

The production of a trial series ensures that the defined processes run smoothly. We develop quality assurance procedures for the series and if necessary special testing equipment. The design and manufacturing quality is continuously ensured by check-ups.

Prototyping

We use CNC technology and rapid prototyping to produce high-quality models.
Creating prototypes is an essential part of the development workflow - on the one hand they are used to test usability and function, on the other hand the planned manufacturing process is checked and if necessary special tools and components are defined.
